When updating a student’s password in your instructor account, you can now automatically generate a new one and email your student their new login credentials. It allows you to save time and cut down on manual steps.

In your course “Students” tab, you can send emails to your students with direct links to their accounts — no login credentials required. You can also use these links to quickly access your student accounts for resolving technical issues. Once you log in, your student will be automatically logged out to avoid any access conflicts.

Students can now switch their account language to Arabic right on the welcome page or later in their account settings. With this update, you can enhance your course accessibility and reach a wider international audience.

The new “History” tab now gives you a complete log of all actions with files and folders across your CRM system, courses, websites, and pop-ups. Track uploads, moves, renames, deletions, and creations — all in one place. You can also see who took an action and when, with filters available by event type and date.

Set a minimum amount of time that a student needs to spend on your lesson before they can mark it as completed or submit homework. Exiting this lesson page will reset the timer, requiring them to start over.

When creating promo codes, you can make them available only to students who have completed certain courses or type in the email addresses of those eligible to use them.

When copying a lesson, test, or certificate from one course to another, you can now select a section to place it in. Your copied element will automatically appear at the end of your selected section.

Tailor your watermark placement, its display frequency and duration to your preferences. Customize its text blocks, background, and colors, add images and adjust their size and transparency.

All dates and events related to courses, lessons, tests, and certificates will now appear in the "Calendar" section. Keep track of upcoming events, use search filters, and schedule your courses with ease.

The system now automatically displays all the schools where a student is registered using the same email address. This makes it easy to switch between schools without re-entering login credentials.

We have added new course history events, including status changes in lessons, tests, sections, or certificates and updates to course email notifications. The timeline will show who edited your course content and when. On top of that, we have fine-tuned the operational logic of existing events.

Previously, you could view how students rated your lessons and tests only in student accounts. Now you can check course content ratings in your lesson list. To see who rated your course content, click the number of votes. You can also filter your tests and lessons by rating — from highest to lowest and vice versa.

Set your course content status to “Hidden” so your students cannot view it. This content will only be visible in the course builder and instructor accounts. To allow students to view hidden course content, change its status to “Open,” “Close,” or “Scheduled.”

Our certificate builder now allows you to add titles to text blocks. Your block title and body won’t be automatically translated and will appear in the same language across all your certificates.

Your students can now download your course videos and audio to their devices through the mobile app, so they can keep learning even without internet access. Once they’re done, they can easily delete the files from their “Downloads” tab.

You can now set your discount codes as a specific amount, not just a percentage. Every discount code’s currency will automatically match the payment currency you’ve set in your course settings.

Now your students can receive certificates anytime, not just after they complete your course. Certificates don’t interfere with sequential course flows and checkpoint lessons. You can grant certificates for completing sections, lessons, or tests and schedule them for a certain date or time.

Once a student completes your course, the system will automatically generate a results page. This page will include the student’s certificate, overall score, and the number of completed lessons.

Now you can invite students to join your online course from your course landing page and the "Audience" section. The students you invite will automatically enroll in your course and receive an email notification.

In your instructor account, you can select specific sections, lessons, tests, or all elements to change their access type or delete them at once.

Now, in your course role settings, you can set up user access rights to allow instructors to view and edit your course or restrict their access. This will help protect your course content from being viewed and copied by third-party instructors.

You can now sign in to your student account without a password. Just enter the email address you specified during registration and receive an email with a sign-in button. Learn more

This section now displays the list of all your active students based on your pricing plan, including their courses, tags, statuses, payment history, and promo codes. Filtering and sorting options are available for your convenience.

Add as many "Task" elements as necessary to your lesson structure to offer multiple homework assignments to your students. Your students can complete each homework assignment separately, and instructors can review and accept each one individually.

You can now generate payment links right in your CRM and share them with your potential students. Once a new student completes their payment, they will receive a confirmation email with their course registration data. Your existing students will receive a payment confirmation and access to your online course through their student account.

Divide your students into groups to efficiently manage your Students tab. Assign an instructor to specific students or groups and send web push notifications only to the student group you’ve selected.

Your students now have the option to edit their homework before it’s checked by their instructor. This option is only available for assignments with the “To be reviewed” status.

To help your students navigate through extensive course programs, you can now choose how to display your course structure in student accounts. This setting will not apply to the Education by SendPulse mobile application.

Now you can schedule your course sections, lessons, and tests seamlessly. Specify when students can access your course content by setting the date, time, and time zone.

You can now specify your course’s start and end date to better align your marketing efforts with our online course builder.
