    Updates to user progression through Automation 360 flows

    Users who unsubscribed from your email campaigns will now progress through all your flow elements except for the “Email” element. You can still send them SMS or chatbot messages and add the “Action” or “Filter” element. If you launch an automation for a mailing list, the flow will not start for contacts who have unsubscribed from all campaigns. However, users who have only unsubscribed from a specific campaign category or flow will continue to progress through your flow, bypassing all "Email" elements.
